


Handmade Gyoza & Ramen | 10th June 6.30pm | 2.5 hours | Crouch End
In this class, you will learn to make the dough from scratch that will be transformed into both gyoza wrappers and fresh ramen noodles. You’ll master the art of filling and pan-frying gyoza until perfectly golden and crispy on the bottom, served with a matching dipping sauce.
We will also turn the same handmade dough into fresh ramen noodles, served in a rich, flavourful soy sauce broth. The dish will be finished with crisp, fresh vegetables and a soft fudgy egg - bringing together all three essential components of authentic ramen.

- Shoyu Ramen – fresh noodles, served in a rich, flavour-packed soy broth, topped with crisp seasonal vegetables and a soft, fudgy egg
