Pasta Masterclass | 4th June 6.30pm | 2.5 hours | Islington

Learning pasta from scratch is always worth the effort, it’s light and delicious. The list of pasta shapes is endless and, on this course, we will cover a varied selection and create some delicious sauces to accompany. We will also make a Pangritata, that will add another textured layer to your finished pasta dish. 

SAMPLE MENU: 

Filled pasta - using a base filling of ricotta, spinach and lemon zest, you will learn to make the following shapes:

Candy and cappellacci - with a matching tomato pomodoro and basil sauce. 

Taglierini and tagliatelle - cooked with a courgette carbonara with mint and lemon zest.

Pangritata - a crisp topping made of breadcrumbs, herbs and lemon zest. 



Please bring some medium sized Tupperware to bring home any leftover food. (Or buy from the store)

Allergens : gluten, dairy, eggs.
